Amazing Graze Charcuterie is all about bringing people together. What started as a side business to our wedding planning company, quickly turned into a thriving business during the pandemic. Our charcuterie boards are the best ice breaker at any party - who doesn't love to talk about food? Each board is unique, but always the centerpiece of any event. We hope to bring your family and friends together around a delicious board of meats, cheeses and accoutrements!

If you want mocktails for a neighborhood block party - we can make that happen, too! The Tipsy Daisy Mobile Bar brings an Insta-worthy bar to your parties in East Tennessee and we always add that extra touch to make your cocktail or mocktail experience extra special.

The Grazing Concept: A SOCIAL DINING EXPERIENCE FOR EVERYONE!
Food has always brought people together. There is something special that happens over a grazing board or table when guests try new things, remind themselves of old favorites, and allow their guard to drop - suddenly the phone is put away (after getting a picture of the board, box, or table, of course). People connect again. After the pandemic, connecting with others has never been more important. It's time to reach across that board or table, and have real conversations. We believe our grazing boards and tables are one way to connect, save valuable time and resources with prep and planning, and turn strangers into friends at weddings! That's a win in our book.

I have experienced Amazing Graze a few times now, with a friend and most recently, purchased for a work event. The owner and her staff are so talented, helpful, and friendly and they expertly piece together charcuterie boards and boxes that truly fit any occasion or dietary needs. For my work event boxes, they were able to alter a box slightly for a gluten-free attendee and clearly labeled that box, too. Much-appreciated.
